Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and İlmihalPro, concerning your access to and use of the İlmihalPro mobile application and website (ilmihalpro.com).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. User License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Subscriptions

İlmihal Pro Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. The current price and subscription length are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.

4. Disclaimer

The materials within the İlmihalPro application are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The prayer times, Qibla direction, and other religious information provided in the app are for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for verifying times and directions independently if necessary.

5. Limitations

In no event shall İlmihalPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the app.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in the app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the app are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained in the app at any time without notice.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms of service for our app at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
